News from the 2016 “Futuros Empresarios” (FE) Program of the Fé Foundation

Lehigh Valley, PA (June 27, 2016) - The FE Class of 2016 completed their one-week residential academic session at De Sales University with presentation of the students’ business plan projects on June 24 at the Gambet Center. Five projects were reviewed: “Remembrance- A Face Recognition Apps”, “No G’Moz”- A Hospital Cafeteria”, “Féithful, A New Cell Phone”, H.O.P.E. Youth Center, and “Project New HOPES”. In addition to life skills, entrepreneurial training, etiquette and good manners module, this year’s class received instruction on how to take advantage of social media to successfully expand network opportunities. The students also went to a movie at the Carmike Cinemas at the Promenade Shops in Center Valley, PA, had dinner at a local restaurant and attended a Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival performance of “West Side Story” at De Sales University. The 2016 FE Class is now focused on their internships / mentorships that begin on June 27 at local companies and organizations.
